Things that we do as a Memebrs
Walking Group
Each month we have a schedule of walks led by members. Short and longer distances, designed to suit all capabilities. Sometimes ending with trip to a cafe or pub. If you would like to sign up email walks@bswi.co.uk
Book Clubs
We have 2 book clubs made up of around 12 people in each group . They meet about every 4-6 weeks. Lively discussions and great company.
Craft Group
A group that meet monthly and take on projects for the community and the WI. Great place to learn new skills. Meeting place Southmill Arts Centre @14:00
Knit and natter
A social group of knitters who meet to knit and natter, weekly at the South Milll Arts Cafe. Knitting 🧶 not essential!
Scrabble Group
A group that meet monthly to play Scrabble.
Rummikub Group
Highly competitive game. Meeting weekly at the cafe in the Southmill Arts Centre.
Coach Trips
We offer a number of organised coach trips to houses, gardens, coast visits etc.
Lunches and Dinners
Monthly lunch or evening meal at a local restaurant.
Garden Group
Monthly meeting to arrange trips to open gardens.
